Office Building:
This is my office building that i have designed. The building is a modern office structure that features two floors of office space, main lobby, and also and elevator shaft. The building has 2 bathrooms as well as two main stair cases to travel from floor 1 to floor 2. I put the building in a city scape background to show off the building as it may look someday. I focused on showing the modern design of the building. Here are some more renderings of the building.
Here is an up close view of the main lobby from the exterior. I designed the outside of the building to have a very comfortable and modern look. I put in a stone walkway going to the main parking lot, as well as a grass lawn in the front. All of the windows have been tinted a blue because i wanted to simulate the sky's reflection in the building. All of the steal beams are symmetrical and hold the structure intact to its best quality. The building has been constructed of high grade steal, with fire proof layers. Both the main doors have aluminum handles with a polished finish to create an inviting feel for the workers as well as visitors. Now lets take a look inside.
Welcome inside of my building. This is the main lobby that features marble flooring with tan interior walls to create a elegant and modern feel. The two door ways lead to two sections of office space, that are both symmetrical. Workers upon entering will sign in to a desk and proceed to there office on the left or right. I set up the office this way to keep it simple, without having confusion the workers can get right to there office space. Lets take a walk through the offices.
This is a managers office. This office is upstairs and it cornered so has more space. This is where higher officials may have there office located, as it is a corner and one of the biggest office spaces in the building. This will attract higher end workers and it creates a prestigious look.
The building also features two bathroom stalls on the first and second floors. I created the bathroom to have normal public like tiles and to have 3 to 4 stalls on the upper and lower floors. The bathrooms are also located where the workers have easy access to them, so they can use the bathroom and get right back to work.
After i was finished with the whole building i then wanted to do something extra outside. I wanted to create a peacefully and elegant feel for the workplace as the workers walked by and entered the building. So i created a fountain with a landscape. This has been cornered in the front of the building and i did this so that it attracts business. When building this i focused on making it look realistic, putting water and also putting bushes around the fountain. Also, as workers work inside the office they can also see the fountain from the inside so it creates a peaceful setting at the workplace.

Domino Affect:
This is my part of the domino affect project. After taking alot of time thinking about ideas on what to do, I choose my first piece to be a gun shooting a target. I drew the gun and assembled a bullet animation. The bullet leaves the gun and hits the target. This leads into the target striking a ball in which rolls down a ramp into a set of domino's. Each section of my piece of the project has sound affects. The whole point of this project was to make everything work correctly cooperating with other group member's making a huge project. If I would of done something different i would of focused on creating a setting or background for the project. While animating my set of the project I started off with making the gun kick up just as a real gun would. After that I animated the bullet hitting the target and the target falling. The next piece was the ball down the ramp and i focused on rotating the ball so it shows the ball realistically moving down the ramp. Then I had the ball crash into the domino's to have a set of 8 domino's fall down one by one. The next sequence of the project started off with another group member having his ball move after my domino hit it. The whole focus was to make things work together.
This is the side view of my project, this shows a better view of each sequence in order.

Garage:
Welcome to the dream garage. I choose to do this project because I have always been into cars and garages. The garage is not finished and this is not the final rendering. I was working and halfway through another drawing until i was told I could not do it. So due to this issue, I have been giving extra time to complete the garage. The basic features of the garage have 4 stalls to bring in cars to work on. On the sides, 2 large doors stand tall to let in bigger vehicles. There is a small office in the front as well. I also have large pain windows that show a modern feel. The ceiling is set very tall and there is a skylight to let extra light in. There is plenty of garage space to fit several cars and vehicles to work on. When the garage is done i will have the exterior all set as well as inside. The garage has all modern vinyl siding.
After taking the time and pulling off the project, I have developed interior renderings of the inside of the garage. The garage main floor space consist of concrete flooring to absorb the chemicals that may reach the floor from working on the cars. In the back of the garage, there is a wooden work benches and black and white tile flooring to make it look cool. The garage has high ceilings so that bigger vehicles can fit inside. The garage was designed to have a clean and healthy work place. Four lifts make up the garage as well as other spaces to work on cars. The garage was targeted to be a commercial garage. It also has full ventilation and ac/heating to make it usable year round. On the inside, you will see that there is a glass skylight which allows to bring in extra light in during the day. I assembled great lighting to make it easier to work on the vehicles. On the inside, you can control the main doors and there are two emergency exits. There are also four slots for cars to enter into the garage and a door leading into the main office.
Vacation house:
This is my final project of the year. The project was to build a vacation home. Due to time and being my last year, alot was left out but if i had more time i would of added alot more into this project. As seen below are my basic renderings of the house. The house I designed is a two story, L shaped home that would sit on a beach. The focus of this home was to create a relaxing and appealing feeling. The house has a one stall garage and a large patio area in the back. In front of the home you will notice the very inviting feeling as it has vinyl siding and a brick staircase leasing to the oak door. On the side of the stairs is a flower bed used to plant some flowers. as you enter the home, on the left is the kitchen. Due to time purposes Wasn't finished with the inside of the home. In the rear of the home there are large sliding glass doors that open up to the vast stone patio with a unique shaped pool. The house sits showing a beautiful view of the ocean and the beach. The house is a 3 bedroom home which has a large master bedroom on the top floor with a private balcony. On the first floor, there is also a 3 season room used as a dinning area or recreational game room which i have shown opened up. the house features white vinyl along with its lavender siding. As stated before I focused on creating a relaxing feeling for this vacation get away home.
